MEET THE MAKER!—WEDNESDAY, April 19th at 6:30 PM!

Jose Manuel joins us from his vineyards in Spain for an evening of incredible wine, robust hospitality, and inspired food pairings. Five courses $65 per person and wine pairings $35 per person. This event will be limited to 30 guests.


Course One...Aguachile Shrimp, saffron & honey, parsnip, tarragon

w/ Gardacho Garnacha Blanca (special order wine)

Course Two...Rhubarb Pisto (Spanish-style ratatouille), savory strawberry, heirloom radish, labneh, pistachios

w/ Alzania Camino del Soto

Course Three… Grilled Octopus, tomato and tart cherry romesco, gigante beans

w/Gardacho Garnacha

Course Four…Catalan Stew--Deconstructed, beef short rib, red wine and chocolate demiglace, crispy potato

w/Alzania 21 del 10 Syrah (a special treat)

Dessert…Spanish Custard, accoutrements
