Chef Jen Gilroy's menu for the Feast of Five Senses

On September 26, Slow Food Utah will hold its 6th Annual Feast of Five Senses. 

Although the normal in-person event won't be taking place, you can order your Personal Feast from one of the participating restaurants — including Porch — pick up your box of deliciousness, create your plate following the instruction we provide, and enjoy the Feast at home! 

This event supports Slow Food Utah's micro-grant program which supports small farmers and food artisans throughout Utah.

  • One: Tromboncino & Delicata Soup - savory pie spice, toasted pepitas
  • Two: Tomato Leather “Cannelloni” - house ricotta, arugula, basil oil
  • Three: Canyon Meadows Ranch Braised Short Rib - heirloom tomato & mushroom risotto
  • Four: Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta - Utah peach coulis, pistachio granola
